Software for the work behind every property sale
ARIA by Aria Infotech helps Indian real-estate teams keep portal enquiries, conversations and follow-up in view, so the next step is easier to see.
What ARIA is
ARIA is an AI-powered CRM and sales-team management platform for Indian real-estate brokerages and channel partners. It is built by Aria Infotech, an Indian software company founded in May 2026, and is a separate product from other software that uses the ARIA name.
ARIA stands for Advanced-AI Real Estate Intelligence Agent. The name reflects our focus on bringing AI-assisted insight and practical sales workflows together for real-estate teams.
Built around the way property sales happen
ARIA is built by Aria Infotech for the work that happens between an enquiry and a property decision. Real-estate sales teams deal with portal alerts, calls, site visits and conversations that continue across the day. When those details sit in separate portals, sheets and chats, a salesperson can miss context and a manager can struggle to see which leads still need attention.
The product starts from a practical question: can the team see who is following up, what the person asked about and what needs to happen next? That view matters to a broker handling a busy local pipeline, and to a builder coordinating interest across projects. It does not make a property decision simple. It makes the sales work easier to follow.
What ARIA brings together
ARIA by Aria Infotech brings leads from supported sources into a working sales pipeline. Lead integrations include 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker and a generic webhook. Teams can use AI lead scoring to help review enquiries, and a pitch workbench to prepare a conversation around a project. The AI landing page builder helps create project pages for campaigns.
The wider workspace also includes calls and IVR, role-based portals and notifications. That means representatives, team leaders and other roles can work from views suited to their responsibilities. It is not a promise that every task is automated. People still speak with buyers, confirm details, arrange visits and decide how to move a conversation forward.
We start with how your team sells
A brokerage’s lead mix depends on its market, projects and team. When you speak with us, we want to understand where enquiries arrive, who handles them, and where follow-up tends to get stuck. A useful product conversation should include the workflow you have today, not assume every sales floor works in the same way.
From there, we can show the parts of ARIA relevant to your setup and discuss which sources and roles are involved. Bring the questions your team actually asks: how a lead is assigned, what a manager can see, or how a representative prepares for a call. We would rather make the fit and the limits clear than suggest that software fixes every operational problem.
What we are not
ARIA is not a property marketplace, a broker or a replacement for a sales team. It does not guarantee that an enquiry is genuine, that a buyer will respond, or that a deal will close. AI-generated scores and pitches are aids for people to review. A representative should use their knowledge of the property and the conversation before acting on a suggestion.
The platform also cannot make disconnected data complete by itself. Lead-source availability and integration details depend on how each source is set up. Clear ownership, useful records and consistent follow-up remain important. We want to be direct about that because a CRM is most useful when the process around it is understood.
